The Picture House is a  community-based, mission-driven, non-profit alternative to commercial  movie theaters, presenting the best in independent, international,  documentary, and classic cinema. The Picture House offers  weeklong theatrical runs of popular, independent, art house and classic  films, in addition to curated series, retrospectives, and sneak  previews. Our special events, some featuring visits from well-known  industry professionals — actors, producers, writers, directors, and  designers — provide an insider’s view of the magic of the movies.

An open, modern restaurant and bar featuring creative Mexican cuisine utilizing locally-sourced, sustainable ingredients.  AOK Communications ran the campaign in which the restaurant won Best New Restaurant in Westchester 2017 for Westchester Magazine.  AOK Communications also has lead secured multiple TV appearances for the establishment.

Hearts & Homes for Refugees is a nonprofit  grassroots humanitarian organization that works with U.S. State  Department-designated agencies to build communities to welcome, assist  and advocate for refugees. We lead a growing network of partners and  volunteers —families, neighbors, community organizations, faith and  civic groups—committed to the time-honored tradition of welcoming  refugees. Hearts & Homes educates, inspires and equips people of  goodwill to create safe and inclusive communities for those fleeing  violence and persecution.

The  Pelham Market is a socially-distanced market featuring local businesses  and Westchester favorites! Each market will offer a mix of new and  returning vendors from local produce, retail, ice cream treats, pickles  and more!
